Lauren Alford is EAB’s Vice President of Human Resources, specializing in talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention, professional development, and culture creation. Lauren, a proud Southeast Missouri State University alumni, holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Strategies, a BS in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and a BSBA in Integrated Marketing and Branding.
Lauren excels at attracting top talent and professionally developing employees, teams, and organizations in order to achieve business goals. She also coordinates employee engagement and team elevation strategies, as well as performance management and training. She is proud of the culture and camaraderie at EAB, and honored to serve nonprofits every day by doing what she loves.
Outside of work, Lauren is very passionate about animals—any cause with a cute face and four paws is her favorite type of cause! Every morning, she meditates with the Headspace app and reads the WSJ online. Someday, she hopes to see the Northern Lights, learn French, and get her pilot’s license.
